This square composition concentrates a very immediate energy: at the top, a deep blue, worked in thick material, opens up a space that is almost liquid or celestial; at the bottom, a luminous yellow serves as a base for quick black lines and the painted signature. Between these two areas, fragments of white porcelain interrupt the surface like shards of objects integrated into the painting.
