Owner’s listing: the third-party seller agrees the price, payment and handover directly with the buyer. The gallery provides the listing service.

Sale managed by the gallery: Swiss Art Gallery assists with the transaction. For a consignment or representation, the mandate specifies who sells, receives payment and arranges handover.

Listing fees are paid to the gallery. They are separate from the artwork’s price. Any additional services and fees are agreed before commitment.

A sale or withdrawal frees a slot. You can reuse it during your active term.

With your consent at checkout, your subscription renews for the same term at the same price. You can stop future charges from your account with no notice period; your paid term remains available. Selling or withdrawing a painting does not cancel the subscription.

Prestige: video and additional visibility

A one-time option in addition to your subscription. It does not add listing slots. Each activation covers one painting and its video and cannot be reused for another painting.

Example for 1 painting over 6 months: Basique CHF 8 + Prestige CHF 30, a total of CHF 38.

The term starts when the video is published. Your subscription must cover that period. Unused activations do not expire. Visibility rotates between works, with no guarantee of sale.

FROM THE FIRST CLICK TO THE SALE

Publish independently, with support when you need it.

  1. Create your free account. Confirm your email address and provide your phone number.
  2. Photograph your painting. Include the front with its frame, signature, back and up to two details. Provide dimensions with and without the frame. The artist’s name is optional.
  3. Prepare your listing. AI proposes a description you can edit. You set your price. Before publication, I check the photographs, description and attribution details.
  4. Activate your subscription and publish. Choose your subscription in your account and pay with Payrexx. Your slots activate after payment confirmation; no manual payment declaration is needed. Each listing remains subject to gallery review before publication.
  5. Speak directly with the buyer. Together, you arrange the viewing, payment and handover of the painting.
  6. Has the painting sold? Mark it as sold in your account. It leaves the available and promoted artworks; its page remains shareable with a “Sold” label.

Existing per-listing purchases keep their prices, term and renewal conditions. They are not automatically converted into subscriptions.

Your sale, your payment.

For an artwork sold directly to a buyer for CHF 2,000, Swiss Art Gallery deducts no commission. Publication fees remain separate.

Offering the artwork on an external platform or at auction requires your agreement. Any third-party fees are agreed with you before a commitment is made.

Would you rather entrust it to us?

Sliding commission based on the sale price: 20% below CHF 1,000, 15% from CHF 1,000 to below CHF 10,000 and 10% from CHF 10,000. It includes full gallery handling: safekeeping, documentation, presentation, promotion and support through to the sale.

Paying for artworks and subscriptions

Pay for gallery artworks with TWINT, by card through Payrexx or by bank transfer. Pay for seller subscriptions and options through Payrexx in your account. For a work offered by another seller, arrange payment directly with that seller.
