Sebastian Knab was a painter from Lucerne. His artistic activity is documented by commissions for the decoration of the city’s fountains in Lucerne in 1594 and 1598. In 1601, he was also commissioned to ornament the church in Pfeffikon.
Although his career was brief, it bears witness to a notable contribution to the local art of his time.
