Rudolf Henzi
Born in 1731.
Died in 1803.
Rudolf Henzi is recognised for his work as a draughtsman and educator. In 1785, he published in Amsterdam a collection of prints entitled “Vues remarquables des montagnes de la Suisse”, which attests to his interest in the Alpine landscape. Although little documented, his œuvre reflects a period in which art and education intersected, thereby contributing to the dissemination of Alpine culture.
