Pankraz Müller
Born in 1802.
Pankraz Müller was a painter whose work focused primarily on portraiture and the creation of religious images. He pursued his studies at the Munich Academy, evidence of a solid artistic training. As an itinerant portraitist, he probably had the opportunity to encounter a variety of sitters and draw inspiration from different cultural influences.
He was also the son of Johann Jakob Müller, an artist active between 1762 and 1817. Details concerning his career and death remain uncertain, leaving a certain mystery surrounding his artistic trajectory.
