Melchior Görgi
Born in 1600.
Died in 1625.
Melchior Görgi was an artist whose activity is documented as a glass painter in Alpnach, in the canton of Obwalden. However, some evidence indicates that he may subsequently have also served as a mercenary, although this part of his biography remains uncertain. Details concerning his work and his impact on the field of stained glass remain limited, underscoring the need for further exploration of his legacy.
