Max Kohler was a Swiss artist recognised for his work as a painter and printmaker. His œuvre encompasses drawing, integrated art and art in public space, reflecting a diverse and committed approach. From 1973 onwards, he directed the printmaking studio of the Association jurassienne d’animation culturelle in Moutier, where he contributed to the training and development of the local art scene.
Although his artistic career is documented, uncertainties remain regarding the extent and scope of his achievements.
