Martin Hauri

Martin Hauri is an artist based in Bülach whose work focuses on drawing, painting, and the creation of objects, with an emphasis on producing unique works and, at times, prototypes.

His artistic practice aims to create works that stimulate reflection and interaction with the viewer, seeking to go beyond mere aesthetic appreciation.

Hauri received artistic training at the Kunstgewerbeschule Zürich, where he studied drawing and painting between 1996 and 2002, as well as other artistic disciplines.

Since 2012, he has worked in his own studio in Bülach, where he continues to explore new techniques and materials.

Hauri has also participated in exhibitions, such as the one at A1 M.O.V.E, held from 7 December 2021 to 7 March 2022, where he presented works centred on lines and linear surfaces.

His recent work is characterised by a reduction of figurative elements, focusing on lines that offer the viewer space for interpretation.
