Laurent Keller was an artist whose practice encompassed sculpture and painting. He pursued his studies in Frankfurt, Paris, and then Munich between 1906 and 1907 under the direction of Adolf von Hildebrand. His career extended from 1914 to 1920 in Zurich, before continuing in Germany until 1932, and ultimately establishing itself in Switzerland.
Keller is recognised for his bust portraits and fountains, which testify to a varied artistic approach and a potentially significant influence in the field of sculptural art.
