Karl Ludwig Thuot was a glass artist from Sursee. His activity in Innsbruck is documented from 1673 onward, where he worked as a doorkeeper and glass artist for Duke Charles of Lorraine. Between 1677 and 1678, he produced eighteen stained-glass windows for the church in Neudorf.
He was also the father of Johann Christoph Thuot, suggesting artistic continuity within his family.
