Johann von Tscharner

Johann von Tscharner was a painter whose artistic career was enriched by varied influences. He studied at the Simon Hollósy School in Munich before becoming a pupil of Henri Matisse in Paris. His oeuvre is characterised by a diversity of genres, including landscapes, portraits and still lifes.
