Johann Eugster
Born in 1918.
Died in 1984.
Johann Eugster was an artist whose work lies at the intersection of painting and Art Brut. Although his artistic practice is little documented, it bears witness to a distinctive approach that combines elements of his experience as a farmer. Through his creations, Eugster expressed a personal and authentic vision characteristic of Art Brut, which values individual expression and raw emotions.
His path, both artistic and rural, invites reflection on the links between art and everyday life.
