Heinrich Anner
Died in 1844.
Heinrich Anner, active during the nineteenth century, is recognised as an amateur painter and printmaker. His professional career also led him to work as a judge and civil servant. Anner was particularly noted for his copies after works by Rembrandt, attesting to his admiration for the Dutch master.
He also produced female portraits, although little information about these works has survived.
