Guerino Paltenghi is a painter whose activity took place mainly in Château d’Oex and Ponte Tresa. His work is characterised by an exploration of landscapes, still lifes and figures. Although details of his artistic career remain limited, his engagement with these genres attests to a sensitivity to the beauty of natural scenes and intimate compositions.
