Gérard Charrière
Born in 1935.
From 1964 to 2001, he worked in New York as a painter and bookbinder, before moving to Berlin, where he remained until 2019. Since then, he has lived in London. From 2015 onwards, he entered into an artistic collaboration with the Fribourg painter Pierre Gottfried Imhof, thereby enriching his oeuvre through creative exchanges.
