Franz Keller is known for his work as a stained-glass artist and monk at Wettingen Monastery. His oeuvre includes four stained-glass windows dated 1834, depicting scenes from the Old Testament and inspired by an illustrated Bible published in Nuremberg in 1712. He was also the creator of an astronomical clock, attesting to his technical and artistic expertise.
