Fernand Favre is recognised as a painter and master of drawing. His oeuvre includes engraved drawings as well as reliefs produced by embossing. He also explored the art of mosaic and was involved in creating sets and costumes for the theatre.
In addition, he served as curator at the Musée Jenisch in Vevey, thereby contributing to the appreciation of the local artistic heritage.
