Dorette Huegin was a painter whose work encompassed collage, screen printing and the creation of frescoes. She also worked in mural restoration. Her artistic path led her to Paris, where she studied at the Académie des Beaux-Arts and the Académie Julian, as well as with Fernand Léger in his studio.
These experiences undoubtedly influenced her creative approach, although the precise details of her œuvre remain partly unclear.
