Constantin Polastri

Born in 1933.

Died in 2009.

Constantin Polastri was an artist whose work was expressed primarily through painting, drawing and lithography. Although his artistic career is sparsely documented, it attests to a diversity of techniques and media. Polastri’s works invite an exploration of forms and colours while leaving room for interpretation.

His artistic legacy, though discreet, deserves to be rediscovered and appreciated in the context of contemporary art.
