Claire Weber
Born in 1897.
Died in 1979.
Claire Weber was a painter who made her mark on her era through her academic background. She studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Lausanne under the direction of Louis Rivier. Her training continued at the Atelier d’art sacré with Maurice Denis, as well as at the Grande Chaumière and the Académie Ranson in Paris.
These institutions helped shape her artistic approach, although details of her œuvre remain partially obscure.
