Christian Ziegler
Born in 1743.
He is chiefly known for having produced two works intended for the altar of the church of Engelberg Monastery. He may have been the brother of Daniel Ziegler, although this relationship has not been confirmed. Details concerning his life and work remain limited, leaving uncertainties about his artistic development and his impact on the field of Alsatian painting.
