Casimir Reymond

Born in 1893.

Died in 1969.

Casimir Reymond pursued a varied artistic career. Initially a painter, he later turned to sculpture, drawing, printmaking and the creation of stained glass. His œuvre includes numerous busts and public monuments, testifying to his commitment to monumental art.

In addition, he served as director of the Cantonal School of Drawing in Lausanne, contributing to the training of the artists of his time. His career illustrates a versatility and a passion for the visual arts, although certain aspects of his œuvre remain less well documented.
