Carl Kesselring was an artist whose professional career began as a master gardener and florist. Between 1908 and 1910, he studied garden architecture in Berlin. From 1918 onwards, he settled in Switzerland, where he gradually devoted himself to painting.
From 1955 onwards, he dedicated himself exclusively to this artistic practice, producing works that capture urban views and landscapes. His development reflects a notable transition from a profession connected with nature to a more personal and visual artistic expression.
