The Barraud family, active during the 20th century, comprises artists such as Aimé, Aurèle, Charles, his wife Janebé, and François. Painters, draughtsmen and printmakers, they practised their art in both France and Switzerland. Although their artistic production is significant, details concerning their individual works and their impact remain to be explored.
The longevity of this artistic lineage, extending from 1897 to 1997, attests to a lasting commitment to the visual arts.
