Attilio Balmelli
Born in 1887.
Died in 1971.
Attilio Balmelli was an artist whose work focused on Ticinese landscapes and portraits. In 1912, he also worked as a decorator in Saint Petersburg, before returning to his native region, Ticino, where he worked in Bellinzona and Semione.
