Arthur Egle

Arthur Egle pursued a varied career as a painter, stained-glass artist, draughtsman and graphic designer. His oeuvre encompasses such works as wall frescoes, mosaics and stained-glass windows, as well as medals and environmental design projects. From 1967 onwards, he also served as manager of the art collection of the Canton of Zurich, thereby contributing to the appreciation of the region’s artistic heritage.
