Arnold Oechslin was a multifaceted artist who worked as a painter, sculptor and scenographer. From 1917 onwards, he shared his knowledge as a teacher of modelling and drawing at the Städtische Gewerbeschule and the Pestalozzischule in Schaffhausen. He was also the father of Ary Oechslin, underscoring his artistic family legacy.
