Adolf Kreuzer was a stained-glass artist whose activity took place primarily in Zurich, where he established his own workshop in 1883 after completing his training. His oeuvre includes stained-glass windows for the choir of Bonn Cathedral, as well as for several churches in the Solothurn region. In addition to his own creations, Kreuzer also produced heraldic windows and worked as a restorer, thereby contributing to the preservation of the stained-glass heritage.
