Abraham Louis Girardet Girardet le Jeune
Born in 1772.
Died in 1820.
Abraham Louis Girardet was an engraver and miniaturist recognised for his views and portraits. His activities extended across Paris, Germany and the Netherlands. He came from a family of artists; he was the son of the bookseller Samuel Girardet and the brother of Alexandre and Charles-Samuel Girardet.
His work attests to a notable family influence, although the precise details of his artistic production remain partly uncertain.
