The descriptions consulted list several oil paintings on canvas: Voiliers amarrés dans le port de Honfleur, Les toits de St. Malo, Chemin creux dans un hameau and Port d’Honfleur. Voiliers amarrés dans le port de Honfleur is signed and measures 54 × 65 cm. Port d’Honfleur, measuring 54.4 × 65 cm, is signed lower left; the canvas is also monogrammed and titled on the reverse. Les toits de St. Malo measures 53.5 × 66 cm; signed lower right, the painting is monogrammed and titled on the reverse. Chemin creux dans un hameau, measuring 61 × 50 cm, is signed and bears the date “01”.

The published provenance of Voiliers amarrés dans le port de Honfleur records a Swiss private collection; the work is said to have been acquired on 1 March 1971 and to have remained in the family until it was offered for sale. For Port d’Honfleur, the provenance mentions Dr August Tanner in St. Gallen, followed by a Swiss private collection.
