He was the son of Giovanni Segantini and the brother of Gottardo, Alberto and Bianca. His passion for innovation led him to consider creating the “Aero-Gesellschaft Giovanni Segantini”, dedicated to the design of flying machines. Tragically, his life came to an end in 1916 as a consequence of an aeroplane accident.
Although marked by a short life, his career bears witness to a creative spirit and an ambition that transcended the visual arts.
