Seller subscription terms

Version of 16 October 2026 · seller-billing-2026-10-16

Subscriptions and add-ons are available in your account. Secure payment with Payrexx.

The total price is charged at the start of each 1, 6 or 12 month term. The subscription automatically renews for the same term at the same price until cancelled. Your explicit consent to renewal is required when ordering.

Stop future charges with the « Stop automatic renewal » button in your account. Once Payrexx confirms cancellation, rights remain available until the end of the term already paid. Immediate merchant cancellation or a disputed payment may suspend rights. Selling or withdrawing a listing does not cancel the subscription.

Basique includes one slot, Premium up to 10 and Professionnel up to 100 at a time. A sale or withdrawal frees a slot for another artwork. Listings remain subject to the gallery’s publication checks.

Additional 10-slot packs are one-time, cumulative purchases for the matching plan. Your already-paid subscription term must cover the full add-on term. These packs do not renew automatically.

Prestige packs are one-time purchases and do not add slots. One credit covers one selected artwork and its video. Once assigned, it cannot be reused for another artwork. Unused credits do not expire. Promotion begins when the video is published; the paid subscription must then cover the full promotion term. Featured positions rotate, with no sale guarantee.

Rights are activated only after server-side payment confirmation. Uncovered listings stop being published at expiry. A failed renewal grants no new rights without confirmed payment.

SwissArtGallery charges 0% commission on direct seller-to-buyer sales. Subscriptions and options are paid separately; payment fees, shipping or taxes may apply. Gallery mandates and existing dossiers retain their own terms.

A trial month planned for a possible App Store launch does not apply to Payrexx. Apple payments are not offered here.
